About Dr. Lie

Dr. Kevin T. Lie is an accomplished dual-board certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist, with over a decade of experience, who joined the VAC of Pittsburgh in 2019. A Midwest native, he received his undergraduate degree from C.W.R.U. and MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management. He received his medical degree abroad from the Flinders School of Medicine before completing his diagnostic radiology residency and vascular & interventional radiology fellowship at C.W.R.U. University Hospitals and MetroHealth Systems. 

Dr. Lie served as an Assistant Professor of Diagnostic and Vascular & Interventional Radiologist at the University Hospital Health System in Cleveland, OH. He then took his talents to Delaware where he consulted at Christiana Care and the Bayhealth Systems. 

Dr. Lie built the Interventional Oncology Program at University Hospitals in 2010 and served on the UH Hepatic Transplant Team. Starting in 2013, he fostered the interventional oncology program and established the transarterial radioembolization program at Christiana Care. He served as an honorary member of the Einstein Liver Transplant Team. He was named Top Doctor by Philadelphia Magazine because of his contributions and impact in the region. He is a long-standing member of his specialty’s national Society of Interventional Radiology. Currently, he is the Medical Director of the VAC of Pittsburgh.
